Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and BhaagBhai ("we", "us") about your use of BhaagBhai. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.
1. Using the app
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You sign in with a mobile number. Keep access to it secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Use a real display name. No impersonation, harassment, or offensive names.
2. What BhaagBhai is — and isn't
BhaagBhai lets you and your friends set step and distance goals, see live standings, and share a meal together when a challenge ends.
3. Health & safety
BhaagBhai is not a medical product and gives no medical advice. Exercise carries risk — check with a doctor before starting any programme and stop if you feel unwell. Never push yourself to hit a goal in a way that is unsafe. Step and distance data come from your device and may be inaccurate; standings are for fun, not proof. Food choices are yours alone; the app makes no nutrition claims.
4. Your data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). Results of challenges you shared with others remain, with your identity removed.
5. The AI coach
Chotu's messages are generated by an AI model from challenge statistics. They are for motivation and fun, can be wrong or oddly worded, and are not advice. Use Report this message in the app to flag anything inappropriate.
6. Acceptable use
Don't cheat (for example by spoofing or tampering with health data), harass other users, upload unlawful or infringing content, probe or attack the service, scrape it, or use it commercially. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of your name and profile photo. You give us a limited licence to host and show them to the participants of your challenges so the app works, and you promise you have the right to share them.
8. Availability & changes
The app is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or end. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We will tell you in the app before material changes to these terms take effect.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury arising from your exercise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
Indian law governs these terms and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
